Tramico develops, manufactures and converts a wide range of cellular foam products in polyurethane, PVC, polyethylene and EPDM.
Based on our technical expertise, we guarantee to provide optimum solutions to all industrial enquiries – we are presently focussed on four areas.
- Automotive: we work closely with major motor and components manufacturers on the design and manufacture of roof linings, sealants and soundproofing components, taking particular care to ensure that each of our product solutions conforms to the performance specification.
- Construction: Tramico offers a range of impregnated foams (Vitaseal) that ensures waterproof and air-tight joints for numerous applications, particularly in joinery and facades.
There is also a range of related products, such as joint filler foam (Adhecell & Tramicord), as well as more technical foams (Tramiband et Tramifeu).
Sound insulation Tramico offers a range of high performance acoustic underlay products to match every sound proofing requirement.
The two main products are, Tramisol - specifically designed for use with floorboards, parquet flooring and laminated flooring and Tramichape formulated for acoustic screed applications. Both of these product innovations have been rapidly taken up by specialist installers.
- General industry applications: Tramico offers a wide range of cellular foams for specialist applications in: filtration, sound proofing, packaging and products specifically designed for medical applications.
Our R & D facility Technical Support units guarantee custom solutions to all customer enquiries.
- Furniture & Bedding: our main foam manufacturing plants, Tramico Brionne and Icoa Crancey supply French market leaders with foam blocks and cut foam parts. Foam manufactured by Tramico cover all our clients' needs: polyurethane ether and high resilence foam.
