The sounds of noise pollution such as shock and impact related to everyday life (movement, games etc), are a continual noise disturbance.
Tramichape® . To remedy this, the standard NFP 61-203 requires sound insulation of floors by installing a thin insulation under screed floating type Tramichape ® . It improves living comfort and reduces impact noise to adjacent and rooms below Tramiplinthe®.
A related product, Adheco Ondilene – a sub-plinth adhesive separating tape, prevents sound transmission between joists and walls.
As part of a project to harmonise acoustic regulations on a European level, the new regulation (NRA 2000) has fixed an acoustic insulation value for floors. Since 2000, the maximum authorised pressure is 58dB.
Tramico has designed a product Tramichape® Fibre + film 19dB, which complies with Standard NRA 2000 :
- DTU51.2 : « Fixed flooring surfaces »,
- DTU26.2 : « Concrete and screeding with a water-based binder »,
- NF P61-203 : « Installation of insulating undercoats, under floating screed or plates, slab and under tiles»,
- CSTBat : « Lightweight acoustic undercoat Certification »,
- CERQUAL, group QUALITEL.
Tramichape® Fibre + film 19dB is graded:
- SC1 a2 A Ch : compression between 0,5 and 1,0 mm with a loading charge of less than 500 kg/m² (tertiary sector applications), compatible with radiant heating
- SC1 b1 A : compression less than 0,5 mm with a loading charge of less than 200 kg/m² (domestic applications).
